At Insignia PK, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item to request a return authorization.

  Pack the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and place it securely back into its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send the package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable courier service of your choice; please keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
